These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this learning platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Purpose of the Platform
This platform provides online learning resources designed to support job seekers.
If using this platform as a means to meet SNAP work requirement and / or Medicaid community engagement requirement: You are responsible for providing your Job Ready Illinois Verification Report to the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Family Community Resource Center (FCRC). You can:
Download and submit using the “Upload Documents” button on your Manage My Case (MMC) dashboard; or
Return it by mail or in-person to your Family Community Resource Center; or
Mail it to the Central Scanning Processing Unit (CSU P.O. Box 19138, Springfield, IL 62763)
It is your responsibility to report program hours to an FCRC using any of the above methods.
Participation in this platform does not guarantee employment or eligibility for public benefits. Eligibility decisions are made by the appropriate government agencies.

Records generated by the platform reflect system activity but may not represent the full requirements of any public program. Participants remain responsible for complying with all reporting and eligibility requirements established by the relevant agency.
Users should report only activities they have actually completed.
Account Access
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms of Use or misuse the platform.
Platform Availability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. While we aim to maintain reliable access, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform operators are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
